These were all taken at my parents' house. They get the cutest little black squirrels - this is one of this year's babies and they just scampered all over and climbed up the ladder. Miranda really enjoyed them. The goldfinches were really pretty, I took pictures of the birds through the picture window. The little moth was the most technically difficult to shoot. He's on the bathroom wall and I'm not sure what the red thing is. I used extension tubes on my long lens to make it macro and getting that close without a tripod is hard to keep it focused. Notice how shallow the depth of field is - the back of the moth is falling out of focus.
